In short

Each person (not pets) can get an address at inbox.myatlashome.app. Only From addresses you allow are accepted automatically. Everything else — or mail Atlas can’t parse cleanly — waits in review for you to approve or delete.

Set up forwarding

  1. Open Email forwarding (Owner or Super Admin).
  2. Create an address for the person who should own the resulting calendar items.
  3. Copy that address into your email provider’s forward-to setting (or BCC it when useful).
  4. Add each allowed From address (school, clinic, etc.). Mail from anyone else won’t create events automatically.

You can rotate (replace) or turn off an address anytime. Rotating invalidates the old address immediately.

What Atlas creates

  • When a message is clear enough, Atlas creates a calendar event for the inbox owner (the profile tied to that address).
  • One event per message in the current version — multi-date or ambiguous mail goes to review instead of guessing wrong.
  • Name mentions in the body don’t reassign ownership; the inbox profile is the owner.

Review queue

When something needs a decision, Atlas notifies you (bell, and push if enabled). Open the review from the notification, or go to the review link in the message.

  • Approve — create the event (you can edit details first).
  • Delete — permanently remove the review item. It will not appear on the calendar. This cannot be undone.

There isn’t a separate “review list” under Email forwarding — reviews are notification-driven so they don’t clutter settings.
