Calendar & reminders

• Switch Month, Week, Day (by date, all people together), or List (grouped by person).
• Tap a day for the agenda. On phones, that day detail opens in a popup so the month grid stays usable.
• Color chips show each profile plus Household (shared / Everyone items). Tap a name to hide or show; tap the swatch to change color.
• Marks in the legend: T task, R reminder, P payment, B / A birthday and anniversary, paw for pets, and the Household color square for shared items.

From Calendar, add an event with title, time or all-day, location, notes, repeat, visibility, and who to remind.

• On calendar for — yourself, a managed child/dependent, or Household (shared family events — yellow by default). Household events always use whole-household visibility and remind everyone. Ask Atlas keeps them on personal agendas so conflicts stay visible.
• Visibility can be whole household, private, or shared with specific people (locked to whole household when On calendar for is Household).
• Reminder offsets (minutes / hours / days) and who gets them (just you vs everyone who can see the event).

Use Occasion for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays, and other yearly dates. They are all-day, repeat on the same calendar day each year, and remind a week ahead plus on the day (in-app and push). All occasions lists each name and next date.

Lightweight nudges (for example “call the plumber in 2 hours”). Manage them on Reminders: filter upcoming / past and on-calendar / private, complete when done, or edit.

Under Nudge other family members, choose Just me (default), Everyone, or Specific people. They get the same time and notify settings; only the reminder owner can edit or complete it.

Quick reminders default to off-calendar so they stay out of your month grid unless you opt in. You can also create them from Quick add or the calendar.

Tapping a task, subscription, or pet item on the calendar opens a summary, then takes you to the right module to edit — not the calendar event editor. Change the underlying task or pet visit there.

The home dashboard shows the same week’s calendar items in Day or Profile sort — including school assignments and other tasks that are set to show on the calendar.
