Home city

Give Atlas a weather fallback when your device location is off or unavailable.

In short

My City is personal (college, travel, work city) — set it under My City. Family home city is the shared household fallback; Owner and Super Admin can change it.

How to set it

Open Home city from Household.
Enter a city and state (or region) and save.
Clear the field anytime if you no longer want a fallback.

When Atlas uses it

Prefer device location when the browser or phone allows it — that’s the most accurate weather.
If location is denied or unavailable, Atlas tries My City, then the family home city.
Without any of those, the weather area stays empty until you set a city or allow location.
