Atlas status
Occasional service notices from the Atlas team — maintenance, outages, or other updates.
In short
Most of the time status is simply Everything looks good. When there’s an active notice, you’ll see a slim amber banner in the app and a one-time alert in the notification bell (and push, if you enabled it).
When something is active
- A banner stays at the top of the app while the notice is active. Tap it for the full message.
- Open Atlas status anytime from Household — including when everything looks good.
- Notices expire on a schedule or when Atlas clears them early. When cleared, the banner disappears and status returns to default.
What you won’t see
- No banner and no status notification when the default “Everything looks good” message is showing.
- Status notices are separate from Morning Brief emails and calendar reminders.
