Track recurring bills and memberships — next due dates, trials, and optional calendar visibility.
Why use it
Keep streaming, insurance, phone plans, and other recurring charges in one place so renewals don’t sneak up on you. Open Subscriptions / Payments.
Tracking a subscription
- Name, amount, category, status (active, trial, cancelled, and so on).
- Billing cycle and next billing date (or trial end).
- Owner profile and optional sharing with household members.
- Enable Show on calendar so the next due date appears with a payment mark.
Dashboard and Quick add
Upcoming payments show on the week-ahead dashboard. You can also draft a subscription from Quick add with natural language (“Netflix $15.99 monthly, renews on the 12th”).
Tips
- Cancel or pause in Atlas when you cancel in real life so due dates stay accurate.
- Use categories and search to separate household utilities from personal subscriptions.
