School
Track each student’s schedule, grades, assignments, and school documents in one place.
Getting started
Open School, add a student linked to a household profile, then use the tabs on their page: Overview, Schedule, Grades, Assignments, and Vault.
Student profile
- Link to an existing household profile (often a child without a login).
- Store school name, grade, school year, notes, and an optional photo.
- Overview shows due-soon assignments and shortcuts into each tab.
Schedule
Build the class list by hand or scan a schedule photo / PDF / Word file. Review AI suggestions, then confirm. You can merge days for the same class, edit periods, or clear the schedule if you need a fresh start.
Grades
Scan a report card or progress report (photo or document), review the extracted subjects and grades, then save. You can also maintain grades manually after a scan.
Assignments
- Add homework, tests, projects, and more with due date, optional time, calendar visibility, and reminders.
- Assignments are household tasks owned by the student’s profile for calendar color and filtering.
- Use Edit to fix mistakes; Done when the work is finished.
- Quick add also has a School assignment destination, and Ask Atlas can answer “what’s due this week” for school work.
Vault
Link existing Vault documents or create a new one from School. On phones, attach via camera, gallery, or files; on a computer, choose a file. Labels include schedule, report card, progress report, permission slip, and other.
